‘Your course, “Meeting Your Essence Through Flowers” was a delight and very much enjoyed by all, especially me! The Physic Garden had one of its magic new moments when you taught. You enchanted the group with fascinating facts about the effects of different flowers on mood and well-being and let us see the most delightful array of flower illustrations. The afternoon ended with the group choosing a flower - the bearded purple iris which was at its most dramatic that day - in order to experience making a new essence.’
