ORDERING OPTIONS

All prices are in GB pounds. You can place an order by email, over the phone, and securely via the website through PAYPAL (UK only) or via a PayPal email (UK and International Orders). You do not need to have a PayPal account to use our PayPal facilites. PayPal is a guaranteed secure way of paying, with the familiar golden padlock at the top and bottom of your screen as you enter your details. Any details of your credit card/debit card are not passed on to us and we do not hold any such information on our records.

ORDERING FROM WITHIN THE UK

The quickest way to have your order processed, if you are a UK customer, is to order via the website: simply click on the Add to Cart button next to the product you wish to purchase and you will be taken through to your shopping trolley, if you wish to continue shopping you will automatically be returned to the products page you were on. Alternatively you can send details of your order by email and you will be sent a PayPal email invoice through which you can pay directly by card or via your PayPal account.

PLACING AN ORDER

If you are placing your first order by phone or email, and not via the website, we will need to receive payment for your first order by cheque or PayPal email before sending it out. Please make cheques payable to LIGHTBRINGER ESSENCES. Thereafter, at our discretion and where there is a history of prompt payment, we may send email and phone orders out on account, to be paid within 5 working days. All goods sent out on account remain the property of LightBringer Essences until they are paid for.

ORDERING BY PHONE OR EMAIL

If making an order by phone or email, please include the following information: your name, contact phone number, delivery address, invoice address (if different), the items you require, any special instructions (e.g. practitioner discount, etc).

POSTAGE & PACKING - UK

Small packages will be sent by First Class post. Larger items - such as full sets of essences - will be sent by Parcel Force, unless you require the Express Delivery*. Postage and packing rates are as follows:

Orders up to £100 (before discount) - £2.50

Orders over £100 (before discount) - FREE

Express Delivery for orders up to 1.5kg (UK only, see below) - additional £3 on other postage costs

Express Delivery for Boxed Sets and orders over 1.5kg - additional £8 on other postage costs.

DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to despatch all standard orders within two working days of receiving your order and Individualized Sets within 5 working days. During busy periods, orders may take a little longer.

If your order is urgent, we may be able to offer you an Express Delivery service (UK only)*. Please phone before 11am to check that this is possible. Orders sent by Express Delivery incur an extra postage charge (see above). All standard orders will be sent out by Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier the same day. Individualized sets will be sent out within 2 working days.

*The delivery times for Express Delivery take effect from the point we receive your payment and it is fully cleared.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - EU

All the above information is for orders within the UK. If you are ordering from within the EU, please email or phone through the details of your order and we will send you a PayPal invoice. ALTERNATIVELY YOU CAN ORDER DIRECTLY OVER THE WEB and we will email you an additional PayPal invoice for the postage costs. Please pay directly through the PayPal email, by card or via your PayPal account. Postage charges for the EU are as follows:

Orders up to £50 - £5

Orders from £50.01 to £100 - £8

Orders over £100 - £12

Orders will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail or by courier. Orders over £30 will be sent with tracking and insurance. You may need to sign for them when you receive them. LightBringer Essences is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other associated import fees that your country may impose. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We are unable to accept returns from international customers, unless this is the result of our clerical error. In this instance we will credit your shipping and remedy the problem immediately.

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, this must be done within the same business day that the order was placed. All orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours, and once your order has been processed, there will not be a cancellation service available.

If you wish to order from outside the EU, please email or phone to enquire further and we will do our best to accommodate you.

RETURNS POLICY

For information on returns for International Orders, please see above.

If the goods you receive are damaged in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving them and we will arrange to send you a replacement. We may need you to send the damaged product to us first, in which case we will refund you on receipt and include in this the cost of your postage.
