LightBringer Essences is based in the Lake District, in the North of England. Launched on the internet in 2007, the aim of our business is to provide you with professional and inspiring resources: supporting you with exquisite essence products; stimulating teachings and trainings; and a caring Flower Essence therapy service.
LightBringer Essences is run by the founder, Rachel Singleton. All essence products are lovingly made by hand using only the best organic ingredients, and in full compliance with the British Association of Flower Essence Producers, of which LightBringer Essences is a registered member.
Rachel Singleton is also accredited by the British Flower and Vibrational Essence Association as an Advanced Practitioner in Essences and a Tutor Member of the Association. This expertise and care is part of the service we offer you and is there to support you in your journey with the LightBringer Essences.

All prices are in GB pounds and do not include postage. You can place an order by email, over the phone, or securely via the website. Payments are accepted from all major credit cards and/or from PayPal accounts, and you do not need a PayPal account to buy from us.
All payments processed through PayPal services use the most up-to-date encription coding for maximum security and peace of mind. You will see the familiar golden padlock at the top and bottom of your screen as you enter your details.
When paying by credit card over the phone, we will process your card details through an online terminal, supported by PayPal, using the same secure process.
You are also welcome to pay via cheque if you would prefer not to use the internet for payments, with your cheque being made payable to LightBringer Essences.
Small packages will be sent by First Class post.
Larger items - such as full sets of essences - will be sent by Parcel Force, unless you require the Express Delivery*. Postage and packing rates are as follows:
Orders up to £100 (before discount) - £2.50
Orders over £100 (before discount) - FREE
Express Delivery for orders up to 1.5kg (UK only, see below) - additional £3 on other postage costs
Express Delivery for Boxed Sets and orders over 1.5kg - additional £8 on other postage costs.

We aim to despatch all standard orders within two working days of receiving your order and Individualized Sets within 5 working days. During busy periods, orders may take a little longer.
If your order is urgent, we may be able to offer you an Express Delivery service (UK only)*. Please phone before 11am to check that this is possible. Orders sent by Express Delivery incur an extra postage charge (see above). For Express Delivery, all standard orders will be sent out by Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier the same day. Individualized sets will be sent out within 2 working days.
*The delivery times for Express Delivery take effect from the point we receive your payment and it is fully cleared.

If the goods you receive are damaged or incorrect in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving them and we will arrange to send you a replacement. We may need you to send any damaged products to us first, in which case we will refund you on receipt and include in this the cost of your postage.
If you have orderd the wrong product, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order and return it to us (the cost of returning the product is your own). On receipt of this we will send you out the correct product.
Please note that whilst we will always endeavour to help you, an order cannot be cancelled once you have received confirmation from us that it is being processed. In the event that LightBringer Essences is closed and you have placed an order without realising this and wish to cancel, we will refund you as soon as we return to the office. Please note we will always put information of the shop being closed on the first page of the website, on our answerphone and as an automated email which will reply to your web order. Under these circumstances you may wish to buy the product more quickly by contacting one of our suppliers - please see the links page for details.
All the above information is for orderswithin the UK. If you are ordering from within the EU, please phone through the details of your order with your card details ready. Shipping costs will be calculated as below.
Alternatively you can order by email and we will send you a PayPal invoice which you can through directly by card or by PayPal account - you do not need to have a PayPal account to use this service.
Please note that all card payments are processed by us through a secure online terminal via the internet. Your card payment details are destroyed immediately the transaction has gone through. Postage charges for the EU are as follows:
Orders up to £50 - £5
Orders from £50.01 to £100 - £8
Orders over £100 - £12
Orders will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail or by courier. Orders over £30 will be sent with tracking and insurance. You may need to sign for them when you receive them. LightBringer Essences is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other associated import fees that your country may impose. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We are unable to accept returns from international customers, unless this is the result of our clerical error. In this instance we will credit your shipping and remedy the problem immediately.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, this must be done within the same business day that the order was placed. All orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours, and once your order has been processed, there will not be a cancellation service available.
If you wish to order from outside the EU, please email or phone to enquire further and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We offer a Practitioner Discount to professionally qualified complementary therapists. In order to take advantage of this, please send us a copy of your professional certificate, your business card or letterhead, or details of your website and accrediting body. Practitioner Discount is currently at 12%.

LightBringer Essences is committed to protecting your privacy. Under no circumstances do we share your data with any third parties.
The information collected about customers is that which is entered at the time of ordering or if you contact us requesting to be on the mailing list. The reason that we collect information about you is to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service.
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection act 1998).
When orders are made over the phone and involve card payment details, this information is destroyed immediately your payment is processed. We do not keep any card payment details on record. Please, therefore, have your card ready when you are making a payment over the phone.
Every two months we send out an email newsletter to customers and clients with information on the essence products and on courses and trainings. If you do not wish to receive this, simply reply to the email with the words UNSUBSCRIBE and you will be removed from the mailing list. It is not our wish to send you junk mail.
