TERMS OF SALE AND USE
Customers buying LightBringer Essences do so for personal use for themselves and their loved ones. Practitioners using the Essences professionally do so for their clients as part of their treatment and prescription, not as part of unique blends or products made to be sold on to a member of the public.
The LightBringer Essences you purchase are not for use as ingredients in proprietary products (including essence blends, cosmetics, remedies, soaps, candles or any other product) to sell on to clients or the public without prior consultation, laboratory safety testing and the agreement of business terms, and written consent by LightBringer Essences and Rachel Singleton.

All prices listed in the webshop are in GB pounds. Shipping costs are calculated separately depending on the size of your order and on whether you are ordering from inside the UK or outside. You can place an order by email, over the phone, or securely via the website. Payments are accepted from the major debit, credit cards and/or from PayPal accounts, and you do not need a PayPal account to buy from us.
All payments processed through PayPal services use the most up-to-date encryption coding for maximum security and peace of mind. When paying by debit or credit card over the phone, we will process your card details through an online terminal, supported by PayPal, using the same secure process. If you prefer not to pay by card, you are welcome to send us a cheque, made payable to LightBringer Essences. Or you can pay directly by Bank Transfer. Please contact us so that we can calculate your order for you and/or give you our bank details.

POSTAL CHARGES –UK
Small packages will be sent by Royal Mail using first class delivery.
Larger items, such as full sets of essences, will be sent by Parcel Force or courier and will be calculated accordingly.
Our packages will be sent without insurance or tracking. If you require these, please contact us and we will calculate the costs of this for you.
Postage and packing costs are as follows:
Orders up to £80: £4.15 first class
Orders of £80.00 to £200: £7.50 first class
Orders of £200 upwards: £15.00 first class
DELIVERY TIMES UK
We aim to dispatch all standard orders within two working days of receiving your order and Boxed Sets within 10 working days. During busy periods, orders may take a little longer.
If we are away producing Essences or are on holiday and unable to process your order during our normal delivery window, we will place a notice on the home page of the website offering your alternative stockists of LightBringer Essences where possible. We will also leave a message on our ansaphone and create an automated email response.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS - UK ONLY (For International see below)
If the goods you receive are damaged or incorrect in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving them and we will arrange to send you a replacement. We may need you to send any damaged products to us first, in which case we will refund you on receipt the cost of your postage. Please obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office when sending returns to us.
If you have ordered the wrong product, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order and return it to us (the cost of returning the product is your own). On receipt of this we will send you out the correct product.
Please note that whilst we will always endeavour to help you, an order cannot be cancelled once you have received confirmation from us that it is being processed.
As Essence Producers we are regularly away making essences. We will always indicate this on the Home page of the website, as an automated email response, and on our ansaphone system if this will interrupt our ability to respond to your orders within our normal time-frame. Where possible, this message will include details of alternative mail order stockists of our essences so that you can place your order elsewhere. In the event that you place an order with LightBringer Essences without realizing that we are away and wish to cancel so that you can obtain the essence more quickly from one of our stockists, simply email and let us know and we will refund you as soon as we return to the office.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - EU
All the above information is for orders within the UK.
We ship to the following countries outside the UK: Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegowina, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey.
If your country is not listed and you would like us to send order from us, please contact us and we will do our very best to help you. If you do not wish to place an order over the internet, please phone with your card details ready, or order by email and we will send you a PayPal invoice through which you can pay by card or PayPal account - you do not need to have a PayPal account to use this service. Please note that all card payments are processed by us through a secure online terminal via the internet. Your card payment details are destroyed immediately the transaction has gone through.
Postage charges for the EU are as follows:
Orders up to £30: £5.00
Orders of £30.00 to £60: £10.50
Orders of £60.00 to £120: £15.00
Orders from £120.00 to £200: £22.00
Orders from £200.00 upwards: £28.00
Orders will be usually sent by Airmail or by courier. If you require Insurance and/or Tracking, or if you are an unconfirmed user with PayPal and they require us to ship your package with Insurance and Tracking for our own protection, we will inform you of any additional costs this may bring for you before proceeding with your order.
LightBringer Essences is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other associated import fees that your country may impose. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. LightBringer Essences is not responsible for any delay that may occur with international deliveries due to customs and the receiving country's own postal system. Items will be sent out by airmail, or for larger items by courier, with estimated delivery within 5-7 days for most countries. However, please allow up to 30 days to receive your parcel as customs can delay things considerably.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are unable to accept returns from international customers, unless this is the result of our administrative error. In this instance we will credit your shipping and remedy the problem immediately.
If for any reason you wish to cancel all or part of your order, this must be done before receiving our confirmatory email. There will be a £1 processing charge for this to cover PayPal refund fees. Once an order has been processed your order cannot be cancelled.
Where a promotion has been given, enter the code that appears in the newsletter or that has been emailed to you. This code will be valid for the period of time stated on the advertisement, and will give the customer the advertised percentage off their goods.
If you are a professionally qualified complementary therapist or medical practitioner, or if you are a student undertaking a professional training in these areas, you may be eligible to apply to us for a practitioner account. Please see our Practitioner Account page to find out more. Activation of a practitioner account is at our discretion and we reserve the right to cancel a practitioner account at any time.
Discount rates are:
15% off for orders up to £60 (RRP)
20% off for orders over £60 (RRP)
There is a minimum order amount required every few months to maintain your account.
All LightBringer Essence Products and Books are included in your discount however the following services are not: Prescription/dosage bottles, Soul Readings, Consultations, Supervision, Essence Dowsing Service and Workshops with Rachel are non-discountable.

We welcome enquiries from practitioners and wholesalers wishing to sell the essences directly.
